Returns and Exchanges
You have a 60 day money back guarantee with every order placed with Sterling Forever.
This means that if you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 60 days of your purchase date. Sterling Forever wants you to be happy with your jewelry and strives to help satisfy you in every way possible.
Please note that items that have been worn are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
How do I return or exchange an item to Sterling Forever?
- Please identify the item or items that you would like to return or exchange by circling them on the packing slip that was included in your original packaging. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange said item or items.
- If you are exchanging your item, please provide us with the item you would like us to exchange your item for.
- You may use the same packing materials sent to you and any packing materials that will allow you to send the item in its original box back to us without getting damaged or broken.
- You can send your item back to the address listed below. Please expect a 10-15 business day processing time.
- Your credit will be issued to your original form of payment. You will only be credited for the cost of the actual item, minus and discounts or promotions. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping. If you received a free gift with your order, you must return that as well.
- Please use the USPS (United States Postal Service) to send your package back to us. Please also write 'return' or 'exchange' on the outside of your packaging.
