Hello! So there are actually different options/sets to choose from! The third image in this listing labels all the different size bracelets you can choose from in the set. After that, next to the metal color you'll see bracelet sizing. The options "3mm/4mm" indicate TWO bracelets, one of each of those sizes. The "3mm/4mm/6mm" will have three bracelets in the set of those sizing. I hope this clarifies the confusion!

My wrist is 61/2 inches around. Will stretch bracelets not fall down too far on wrist?

Hello there! The beaded bracelets measure about 7inches for the wrist. They are a one-size-fits-all so you most likely will be good! But if there are any issues you could always exchange or return!
