Emerald Tear Drop Earrings

I was excited to have finally found a pair of earrings to match a blouse that I was going to wear for Easter Sunday. I've had the blouse for several years, but I've never found any earrings to perfectly match it. When I put the 1st earring in my right ear, the post broke off before I had time to put the back on. I contacted Sterling Forever, & THEY IMMEDIATELY sent out a replacement!!! At no charge!!! Then I couldn't find the original pair (because i had been at my boyfriend's), which still wasn't a problem. A couple of days later I found the pair, & I emailed Izzy in customer service, who I had been dealing with all along & is EXCEPTIONAL, & I sent the original pair back. I haven't worn the blouse again since then, so I haven't worn the earrings, but I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with the customer service department (ESPECIALLY IZZY!!!), & because of her, I'll continue to purchase jewelry from Sterling Forever!!!
